Temperature-Relieving
The bottle's thickness is controlled within a range of 3.2mm ± 0.2mm. The annealing process ensures uniform stress distribution and withstands temperature fluctuations from -10°C to 70°C.
Machine-Washable Surface Treatment
The glass surface is heat-polished to create a uniform, smooth layer. Tested by hand and commercial dishwashers, it showed no fogging or cracking after 40 cycles at 65°C.
